Marco Polo's Background

Marco Polo was born in 1254 and just before he was born his Father and Uncle went on a trip to collect things to trade for their family. Marco Polo was born and his mother died soon after she gave birth to him so Marco was raised by his aunt. Not much is known about his early years but it is known that he grew up in Venice Italy. The major thing in Venice was trading this made Marco become a Traveller/Trader.
